Lecture by Prof. Ole J. Nielsen
On 15 February, Prof. Ole J. Nielsen, leader of the Atmospheric Chemistry group at the Copenhagen Centre for Atmospheric Research (CCAR), gave a lecture entitled “Secondary environmental effects of third generation CFC substitutes” at the Faculty of Chemical Sciences and Technologies. His research group studies the chemico-physical processes that occur in the atmosphere as a consequence of anthropogenic gas emissions. These studies lead to a better understanding of these processes and the chemical composition of the atmosphere, quantifying the environmental impact of emissions.
